Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change pricing, promotions or product availability at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna (subject to eligibility and provider terms).

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, stock limitations or suspected fraudulent activity occur.

If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for opened or used items.

If your product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes and process.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, imagery, Skin Tank and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
