We want you to love your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an item has been opened or used. This is to protect the health and safety of our customers.

Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Return shipping for change-of-mind items is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Not as described

  • Incorrect item supplied

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.


Reactions & Sensitivities

Skincare results vary from person to person. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.

We are unable to offer refunds for adverse reactions where the product is not faulty. If you have concerns, please reach out—we’re always happy to help.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
